With the V40 reaching its twilight years, Volvo has revised the line-up and slimmed it down.
2020 VOLVO V40 NEW RANGE CONSISTS OF MOMENTUM EDITION, R-DESIGN EDITION, INSCRIPTION EDITION AND CROSS COUNTRY EDITION VERSIONS
The new range consists of Momentum Edition, R-Design Edition, Inscription Edition and Cross Country Edition versions, combined with a selection of D2 and D3 powerplants. All models now feature cruise control, rain sensor, front parking sensors and reversing camera, as well as Sensus Connect with 7-inch display, DVD player, hard disc and navigation system. Sportier R-Design Edition models feature 18-inch alloy wheels, dynamic chassis, sportier appearance, rear privacy glass, leather upholstery and active bending LED headlights. The V40 Momentum Edition models actually cost £150 less than the previous Momentum NavPlus models, while the V40 R-Design Edition is £95 more, the Inscription Edition £700 extra and Cross Country Edition is priced at £875 lower than its Cross Country Pro predecessor. The revised range is available to order now at Volvo dealers, with prices starting at £24,010 for the V40 Momentum Edition D2 manual.
