The range of DS 7 model has expanded with the launch of automatic editions of the BlueHDi 130 powerplant. Offered in Elegance, Performance Line and Prestige trim levels, the engine develops 129bhp and 221lb ft of torque. The eight-speed automatic transmission costs an additional £1,500, with CO2 emissions of 105g/km and fuel economy of 70.6mpg on the combined cycle.
DS Automobiles
This is marginally changed from the 101g/km and 72.4mpg of the six-speed manual variants. The top speed of 121mph remains the same, and the automatic is one-tenth of a second faster to 62mph at 10.7 seconds. Available to order now from DS Automobiles showrooms, the Elegance model is priced at £30,135, Performance Line at £33,520, while the Prestige model costs £36,520.
