The BMW Vision i-Next concept will divide audiences with its shocking blend of curves and sharp edges. Looks aside, the latest concept from the Munich-based brand sees BMW i’s second full electric car, following the launch of the i3 in 2014.
BMW no longer accept the term SUV, instead preferring to call the iNext a SAV – Sports Activity Vehicle. Details are scant for the car itself, its power, performance and battery, yet BMW has confirmed its intention to serially produce it in 2021, at the Dingolfing factory.
What we do know, is the iNext will be both electric and autonomous and become the technology flagship for the BMW i brand – likely to include the company’s latest advances in connected-car systems.
